Kathleen was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She completed her undergraduate degree in business administration at University of Oregon in two years. Kathleen moved to Las Vegas to attend UNLV Boyd School of Law. Top of her class, she built a reputation from being hard working and tenacious. She earned her law degree while working full time. As such, she is uniquely positioned to understand the financial stress her clients face and gives 150% of herself when she takes a case.

Prior to helping plaintiffs, Kathleen gained valuable experience working for the insurance companies defending personal injury cases. Kathleen saw firsthand the extreme lengths these companies go to not pay fair value for injuries. This was deeply concerning to Kathleen, so she switched sides to represent the underdog and fight for injured victims. Her deep knowledge of the insurance industry and their practices makes her uniquely qualified to get their best results for her clients.

Kathleen has an extensive trial record with cases ranging from car crashes to assault, malpractice, premise liability and security fraud.  She takes great satisfaction in making a difference in her clients’ lives. When she’s not practicing law, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her fiancé Scott, mentoring, traveling, playing piano and studying chemistry.
